freshanddaily uses this Privacy Policy to explain what personal information may enter our store systems, how it supports an order or visit, when partners receive it, and which privacy choices are available.

Information we collect and its sources

We may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, IP addresses, account identifiers, order and commercial records, customer-service communications, fraud signals, and payment-related details handled by payment providers. We may also receive browser, device, cookie, advertising, usage, approximate-location, and product-interest information. Sources include you, your device, Shopify, payment and fraud providers, carriers, fulfillment and support partners, and analytics or advertising partners.

How information supports the store

Information is used to run the storefront; authenticate and process transactions; fulfill, track, cancel, return, exchange, and refund orders; answer questions; maintain records; prevent abuse and fraud; improve site performance and merchandising; satisfy legal duties; and, where permitted, measure or personalize marketing.

Cookies, Google Ads, and measurement

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for the cart, checkout, preferences, security, analytics, and advertising. We may use Google Ads remarketing and conversion tracking to understand actions following an advertisement and to create or measure audiences. Google and participating partners may use cookies or similar identifiers. Browser controls and Google Ads Settings can limit certain uses; disabling essential cookies may prevent store functions from working.

When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to Shopify; payment, fraud, hosting, security, analytics, advertising, marketing, and customer-support providers; carriers and fulfillment services; professional advisers; and public authorities when law requires it. Information may also transfer as part of a financing, merger, reorganization, or sale. Recipients receive information for defined operational or legal purposes, and we do not state that information is never shared.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Where the CCPA applies, a California resident may request access to categories or specific pieces of personal information; information about sources, purposes, and recipients; deletion; correction; and a portable copy. A resident may also opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit certain use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Do Not Sell or Share requests

To submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, email Support@freshanddaily.shop with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or mail the request to 2010 24th St, Los Alamos, New Mexico, 87544, United States. You may also use a privacy-choices link displayed by the storefront. We process recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where legally required. An authorized agent may act with appropriate proof of authority and verification.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance; the period varies with the record and obligation. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's information

The store is a general-audience shopping service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information may contact us for review and deletion where required.

Your choices and requests

You may unsubscribe through a promotional email's link, change browser or device settings, and request eligible access, correction, deletion, or a copy by writing to Support@freshanddaily.shop or the physical address below. We may ask for information needed to verify identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. An appeal is available where governing law provides one.
